When seven-year-old Amy McCardell decided to go for a sunbath outside her mom was fine, but as the little girl relaxed a car pulled up and a stranger inside said “hello.” “.
The moment Amy knew something was wrong, Amy looked up to see where the sound was coming from and saw the stranger. She stood up immediately and the stranger asked her a question that would prevent most of the children from walking away.
The stranger asked: Do you want a bicycle?
By this point, Amy had already run for the door when the stranger asked the question and shouted “No! She runs inside.
Once inside, her mother, Michelle, was horrified the moment she saw Amy running through the door. She knew something was wrong and Amy told her what had happened. It’s every parent’s worst nightmare.
Amy’s mother Michelle said she always told her two children to never trust or listen to strangers. If Amy hadn’t been made aware of the strange danger or had chosen to ignore it, she might have been lured into a dangerous stranger’s car.
Luckily, Amy knew what to do and ran to safety. Her quick wit probably saved her life – and Michelle couldn’t be prouder of her baby girl.
Surveillance footage outside the house captured everything and the police are now working hard to locate the vehicle.
