35 young horses, mostly wild reservation horses, were saved by Horse Plus Humane Society at a slaughter auction in Nevada in August 2013. Now watch the very moment these horses touch free ground — and their amazing transformations at the shelter.
After their horrible ordeal, these beautiful creatures are now relaxed and happy. My eyes filled with joy watching them emerge into their new happy worlds, one by one. Isn’t this wonderful?! Hats off to the humane society for making this rescue possible.
The Horse Plus Humane Society, located in Bangor, CA, aims to “rescue, rehabilitate and adopt into loving homes animals of all needs levels, with a special emphasis on horses.”
