We often use the expression “like cats and dogs” to describe two things that don’t go well together. After watching this video of Ruggles and Chompers paling around, I’m not sure that we can use that expression anymore. These two get along wonderfully.
Ruggles is a tiny shih-tzu puppy who was rescued from a mill. According to the description of the video, Ruggles is the “official ambassador for the Cherokee County Animal Shelter.” Chompers the kitten was found under a porch when she was just under two days old, and was put in the same shelter as Ruggles and the two became fast friends.
