When he was in his prime, the King of Rock and Roll had a voice that made the ladies scream at the top of their lungs and hips that made their parents blush.

I don’t know about you, but decades after his death, I’m still a huge fan. With all the nonsense I hear on the radio today, I love going back to amazing performances like the following one. The seventies were a real roller coaster ride for The King, but back in 1970 you could easily say Elvis was at the top of his game.

He had just come out with a new album and put on one of the biggest concert films of his lifetime. Both were titled Elvis: That’s The Way It Is and as you can see in this awesome clip of him performing “Sweet Caroline” during the same show, Elvis was definitely doing things his way. While many fans went to the show expecting to hear some of their favorite songs, they were delighted to hear a lot of the best covers from that generation.

In the following clip, Elvis stuns fans when he switches it up on stage and starts singing the Righteous Brothers 1965 song “You’ve Lost That Loving Feeling.” This video is proof that there’s nothing like the original #1 hit single, but if anyone can come close, it’s definitely The King!

They just don’t make stars like they used to! Will anyone ever fill Elvis’ shoes?!

Elvis fans: Don’t keep this awesome performance all to yourself… SHARE this video with all of your friends on Facebook!
