At first glance, this house in Clemmons, North Carolina seems pretty normal, but people everywhere are freaking out because they say it has one MAJOR design flaw—can you see it?

Upon closer inspection you’ll see the nonfunctional placement of the garage—it’s nowhere near the driveway. In order to get your car into the garage, you’d have to drive over the curb, across the walkway, and over the lawn.

Inside Edition spoke to real estate agent and cohost of Million Dollar Listing, Josh Flagg, who told the show that this error essentially makes the home worthless. “I would tear it down,” he explained. “No one would ever build a home that way. It makes no sense.”

But there’s a twist: Yes, if this were your average house, it would certainly be impractical, because what potential buyers would want to use the garage purely for storage and keep their car in the driveway? But, it turns out, it’s not your average house.

This house is actually a builder’s model home created by Epcon Communities. According to Nanette Overly, the Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Epcon Communities, it is common for model homes like this one to not have a driveway that leads to the garage. Instead, a concrete pad that provides easy access to the home for potential buyers and realtors is used. Once its life as a model home is complete, a driveway from the street to the garage will be poured and the concrete pad will be removed.

Editor’s note: This story was updated on 7/1/16 to reflect the fact that this house is a model home.
