In this remarkable video clip by Dove, a sketch artist set out to draw two portraits: One portrait was drawn from descriptions women gave of their own faces, and another portrait was drawn from descriptions given from someone who had just met the women. The most startling thing about seeing these two pictures side by side for the women, and for me watching this clip, was just how different the two pictures were!
The women tended to describe themselves negatively, while the people who had just met them described them with sweet features and kind eyes. The difference is truly amazing, and it shows how important it is to love ourselves! You are more beautiful than you realize!
