Did you know one of the more surprising things that nurses often hear from elderly folks on their death beds is that they wish they’d learned how to dance?
Not just boogie, but really dance — the kind that takes practice. Beatriz Soto may have a long way to go in life, but as you will see in the following video, she’s making the most of it by doing what others merely dream of.
Soto is a professional dancer who specializes in kizomba. Never heard of it? You’re not alone. I had to look up this style of sensual dancing and I was surprised to find out that it doesn’t come from Latin Ameria, but all the way from Angola in Africa.
This relatively new dance style is far from easy, but if you can do it right like the dancers in the following video, it is completely mesmerizing.
