Sahar has one wish above all else: to look like actress Angelina Jolie, writes German newspaper Bunte.de.
A long journey
According to Turkish media, she’s had more than 50 plastic surgeries, as well as lost 90 pounds in order to get the look she wants.
More than 250,000 people are following Sahar’s transformation on Instagram, where she keeps everyone updated on her progress.

I’m not one to judge others. People are free to be who they want to be and look however they want to. But I hope that her doctors know what they’re doing and that she stays safe.
