Street performers are often talented artists who just can’t seem to catch a break.

Super Bad Brad was one of those types of performers, singing R&B classics with the help of his signature boom box. However, the Greenwich Village native worked his way up, eventually hitting the Apollo Theater stage here in 2005.

Strolling on stage, he may not looked like a superstar, but he certainly captivated the stage once he started singing.

Have you encountered a street performer like this, someone who is on the verge of a big break? Feel free to share them with us or tell us about them in the comments down below.
