When Hope For Paws was called to help an injured, homeless dog living in some bushes, they were only told that the dog never seemed to leave her area, except to find food late at night. When they arrived to help her, they realized why she was staying so close to home… and when you find out why, your heart will completely melt.
After slowly gaining her trust, they were able to get her out of her hiding space and into to safety. In this beautiful video, you can see how eager Iris the dog was to trust her rescuers, and how happy she was to finally have caring, loving people around her.
