I had no idea the candle making process was so complex and beautiful, from start to finish. I watched in awe as this brilliant artisan shows us how decorative, layered candles are made. This particular candle was created by the folks at Holland House Candles in the Netherlands, and it’s mesmerizing to watch.
From dipping the candle into different colors of wax, carving designs throughout and in the end, lighting it up to display the beautiful colors, I loved every minute. Layered candles are stunning, so it’s no surprise really that it’s a delight to watch them come to be.
The only problem? It’s so beautiful, I would hate to watch it melt away!
