I’m super close with my best friend. We’ve known each other since we were kids. We would build forts in the summer and shovel snowy driveways in winter. Today, we text funny jokes to each other and share memorable milestones in our lives. There’s nothing I wouldn’t do for him, and I’m thankful to have such a great friend.
That’s why seeing these two baby BFFs starting their relationship makes me cry tears of happiness. Although life can bring them down (Gertjie is an orphaned baby rhino), they’re happiest when they’re with each other, and there’s nothing they can’t do together.
