Hippopotamuses are one of the largest land animals and are known for being quite aggressive in the wild. If you were to see one in a river while on safari, it’s best if you keep your distance. The big brutes can (and will) charge. They’re wildly considered as one of the most dangerous animals in Africa.
So, you may be surprised to hear what this group of hippos did.
A small gnu was swimming through the water, bait for the nearby crocodiles.
