Kelly Osbourne’s partner, Sid Wilson, surprised her with a proposal backstage at Ozzy Osbourne’s final gig on Saturday night. Ozzy was performing his farewell show with Black Sabbath at Villa Park, with the entire family in attendance. In a heartfelt and unexpected moment, Kelly’s long-term boyfriend—Slipknot’s Sid Wilson, with whom she shares their son Sidney—chose that special occasion to pop the question.

Sid Wilson Surprises Kelly Osbourne with Proposal Backstage at Ozzy Osbourne’s Final Gig on Saturday Night

“In front of your family and all of our friends, Kelly, will you marry me?” Sid asked, before Kelly joyfully jumped into her new fiancé’s arms.

She shared a heartfelt video capturing the massive crowd of fans who filled Villa Park for Ozzy’s final performance with Black Sabbath.

Sharing a gallery of photos from the evening, she wrote, “To say that yesterday was magic was an understatement!”

She emotionally added, “I can’t even write this without tears streaming down my face! Thank you to everyone who came to support my dad.”

The couple began dating in 2022 and welcomed their son Sidney, now 20 months old, in 2023.

Kelly’s celebrity friends quickly rushed to congratulate her, with stars like Rylan gushing over the news of their engagement.

Ozzy ignited a frenzy among fans as he rocked Birmingham’s Villa Park on Saturday night with his final-ever performance.
The couple began dating in 2022 and welcomed their son Sidney in November 2023.
Although Kelly isn’t particularly keen on marriage, she confirmed last year that she would say “I do” to Sid because it means a lot to him.
“I found my guy. We don’t need the certificate. But I know Sid really wants to get married, so we will get married. It’s not as important to me,” she told Us Weekly.
“I’ve worn so many beautiful dresses and had so many moments that have been just about me, so that whole idea of a big day isn’t as important to me…
“Never in a million f****** years did I think I’d end up with a rock star partner, but I did.”
Kelly also revealed hopes to expand their family in the future, saying, “I definitely want more babies!”
The couple is currently planning their future and considering whether to move back to Kelly’s native UK, especially since her parents, Ozzy and Sharon, recently returned after many years living in the US.
“We’re going to get a bigger house; we’re just trying to figure out where. Do we want to be close to the studio? Or do we want to go back to England?” Kelly said.
“My son is going to go to school in England. The school system is a bit different in the U.K., and I like the idea of uniforms. I like the idea of no guns [in] schools.”
Kelly has been open about her 85-pound postpartum weight loss after welcoming Sidney and has denied using Ozempic, the popular Hollywood weight-loss drug.
She revealed she lost the weight rapidly by cutting out sugar and carbohydrates, not through medication.
Over the years, Kelly has undergone many changes in her appearance. In 2020, she revealed that she quietly had gastric sleeve surgery two years earlier, which helped her shed 85 pounds.
She also admitted to having injections to reshape her face and slim her jawline, a treatment to help with TMJ (temporomandibular joint dysfunction).
However, Kelly has repeatedly and strongly denied undergoing any cosmetic procedures beyond Botox.
Last year, she expressed being a “huge fan” of plastic surgery but admitted she’s too scared to have any procedures herself, especially after watching her mother undergo multiple surgeries.
She told People, “I am a huge fan of plastic surgery. What it does for people is amazing. It can change people’s lives and give them the confidence they’ve been lacking, and make people feel beautiful in the way they want to feel beautiful.
“But I’ve never done anything but Botox. I’m too scared. I’ve always been in the camp of if you think it’s broken, fix it. You don’t have to be stuck with a nose you hate for the rest of your life. So yes, I’m a huge fan.”

Black Sabbath, the heavy metal pioneers originally formed in Birmingham in 1968 (pictured L-R: founding members Geezer Butler, Tony Iommi, Bill Ward, and Ozzy Osbourne), returned to the stage for Ozzy Osbourne’s farewell show on Saturday night. The concert at Birmingham’s Villa Park was the band’s first live performance since 2005, packed with 42,000 fans.
She explained the root of her fear about surgery, saying, “I watched my mum go through every recovery from everything she’s ever had done, and it looks awful.”
The Brummie rockers reunited less than 24 hours after Britpop legends Oasis kicked off their long-anticipated reunion tour at Cardiff’s Principality Stadium on Friday evening.
Joining Black Sabbath onstage were several celebrity friends, including Rolling Stones guitarist Ronnie Wood, Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker, and Aerosmith singer Steven Tyler.
Taking the stage, Ozzy appeared visibly moved by the overwhelming support from the cheering crowd, thanking them and emotionally admitting, “You have no idea how I feel.”
This final show comes amid ongoing concerns for Ozzy’s health, as he has undergone seven surgeries in the past five years—including a fourth spinal operation in 2023—and has been battling Parkinson’s disease since 2003.
While Ozzy plans to continue recording music, this poignant night marked his farewell to live performances.
After selling out in minutes, over 42,000 fans filled Villa Park for the aptly named Back to the Beginning show, marking Black Sabbath’s triumphant return to their hometown more than 56 years after the band’s formation.
Wow, what an unforgettable moment! Kelly Osbourne getting engaged backstage at her dad Ozzy’s final gig is absolutely epic — talk about the perfect rock ‘n’ roll proposal! Huge congrats to Kelly and Sid, and what a special way to celebrate family and music all at once. ❤️🎸✨
