Having to get on a plane can be a bit daunting as some people are afraid of heights and extreme planes. But everyone knows that plane crashes are very rare compared to cars and other modes of transportation. In fact, passengers on every flight are always briefed on all safety precautions before the plane skids off the runway.
Fortunately, there are people like Marty Cobb who do their best to calm passengers’ anxiety and try to make them smile. Marty shares a short comedy while explaining the safety features to passengers.
We were lucky to see it “collected” thanks to someone who recorded it and shared it online.
If you are used to flying for your flights, you can understand the speech made by the stewardesses before take-off. They emphasize the importance of keeping your seat belt on when the pointer is on, then recommend that you make sure your seat belt is properly adjusted. Then they show passengers how to put on an air mask, then help kids who can’t. Although it sounds like a long and boring speech, it is required by law and very important for those unfamiliar with it.
Marie, an experienced air hostess, knows these words like the back of her hand. She’s well aware that some passengers tire quickly or just don’t care, so to get their attention, she uses a unique method to mix things up a bit. As she begins, everyone is thrilled, even her fellow flight attendants can’t help but laugh. Marty herself couldn’t hide her smile as she skimmed through the jokes!
I’m not going to give it all to them now – you’ll have to watch the video below to fully enjoy Marty’s fun safety talk! We need more air hostesses like her in the friendly atmosphere!
