Millie Bobby Brown and Husband Jake Bongiovi Welcome Baby Girl Through Adoption
Millie Bobby Brown, 21, and her husband, Jake Bongiovi, 23, have become parents. The couple announced on Instagram Thursday that they welcomed a baby girl through adoption.
“This summer, we welcomed our sweet baby girl through adoption,” they wrote in a joint statement. “We are beyond excited to embark on this beautiful next chapter of parenthood in both peace and privacy.”

They ended their message with, “And then there were 3. Love, Millie and Jake Bongiovi.”
Earlier this year, in March, Brown spoke about her desire to start a family with Bongiovi, noting that her own parents had also become parents at a young age.
“My mom actually had her first child at 21, and my dad was 19. This has been my dream since before I met Jake,” she explained on the SmartLess podcast.
“I wanted to be a mom just like the way my mom was to me.”
Regarding Bongiovi’s feelings, Brown noted that he understood how important having children was to her.

“Of course, I want to focus on truly establishing myself as an actor and producer,” she said, “but I also feel it’s personally important to start a family.”
Brown also suggested that adoption could be part of her journey to motherhood.
“For me, I don’t see having your own child as any different from adopting,” the Stranger Things star explained, emphasizing that her “home is full of love for anyone and anything.”
Brown and Bongiovi — the son of rock legend Jon Bon Jovi — were first linked in June 2021 and went public on Instagram that November.
After making their red carpet debut as a couple at the BAFTA Awards in London in March 2022, they announced their engagement in April 2023.
The couple tied the knot in a “low-key” ceremony in May 2024, followed by a second, more lavish celebration in Italy five months later.
